Role Description At Neotle Global Pvt. Ltd., we’re expanding across India and looking for experienced professionals in the poultry industry to join our growing team. Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka. Experience : 2–5 years of experience in Poultry Feed Additive / Animal Nutrition industry Qualifications : B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc Key Responsibilities 🔹 Brand Strategy & Growth: - Develop & implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives - Strengthen market positioning & drive growth 🔹 Product Management: - Manage complete product lifecycle: conceptualization → launch → optimization - Track performance & identify innovation opportunities 🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with sales, R&D, and operations teams - Provide sales training & technical/marketing support 🔹 Market Research & Analysis: - Conduct market intelligence & competitor mapping - Capture customer insights to guide strategy Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of poultry feed additives & gut health solutions Analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into strategy Excellent communication & presentation skills Team player with ability to work cross-functionally Be part of a purpose-driven team transforming animal health with innovative, science-backed nutraceutical solutions.
