Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Import Export Specialist with expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) to manage our international shipping and logistics operations while also overseeing our data management and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, optimize our supply chain processes, and provide critical data insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping logistics. Prepare and review import/export documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and shipping manifests. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and provide regular reports to management. Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems to support business operations and decision-making. Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to import/export activities and overall supply chain performance. Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and finance to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures. Pre & Post Shipment Documentation, Co-ordination with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Transporters & Customs. Customers Orders Procedures, Negotiate with shipping companies, forwarders and CHAs for freight and time, Forecasting obstacles, Cost Cutting and efficiency, Scheduling deliveries. Should have knowledge of Customs, DEPB, DGFT etc., Coordinate with CHAs, Freight Forwarders & Transporters etc. Coordinate with accounts to ensure timely payments. Daily MIS updating on stocks, dispatches, and shipments status. Handle end-to-end logistics operations (local transportation, customs and warehousing). Pre and Post Export documentation. Tracking Air/ Sea Shipment to insure cargo reach at destination port Check the bills of CHA, Freight Forwarders and transporters Good command on MS Excel Excellent Spoken English Graduate with 4 to 6 years experience in export oriented Pharma Company in Export Logistics Dept
Location: Mohali, Punjab Company: Neomedic India Private Limited About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Artwork & Packaging Designer with a strong background in pharmaceutical packaging design . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating accurate, compliant, and visually appealing packaging artworks for regulated markets. This is a key role requiring technical precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical artwork processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop packaging artworks for pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory and branding requirements. Prepare and finalize print-ready files for cartons, labels, blisters, foils, inserts, and other packaging components. Coordinate with internal departments (Regulatory, QA, Production, Marketing) and external vendors for artwork approvals and implementation. Maintain version control and artwork databases systematically. Ensure artwork accuracy, legibility, and adherence to specifications for domestic and international markets. Stay updated with printing technologies, materials, and regulatory artwork guidelines across global markets. Independently manage projects from concept to final delivery within defined timelines. Required Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW (mandatory). Strong understanding of printing processes, dielines, color management, and packaging materials. Knowledge of pharmaceutical artwork regulations and documentation. Attention to detail with a strong sense of design and layout. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate , preferably a Science Graduate (B.Sc. or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical artwork and packaging design . Should have a stable career history without frequent job switches.
