Management Information System Executive
MIS Executive – Real Estate Projects & Sales Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Department: Sales & Operations Support Reports To: Head – Sales & Operations / Director Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are a fast-growing real estate development company seeking a results-driven MIS Executive to manage and streamline data flow between sales, finance, and project teams. This role is central to tracking bookings, collections, inventory, and project progress—providing management with accurate, actionable intelligence to drive timely decisions and improve cash flow. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Booking Tracking Maintain daily booking status, cancellations, and unit inventory reports. Prepare weekly/monthly sales dashboards with lead-to-sale conversion analysis. Coordinate with sales managers to update CRM/ERP with accurate booking and payment details. 2. Payment Collection Monitoring Generate and update collection reports (cheques, RTGS, online transfers) against demand notes. Track overdue payments, prepare outstanding summaries, and support follow-ups with the collection team. Highlight payment delays and risks to management for timely intervention. 3. Project Status Reporting Collate updates from the project team on milestones. Align project progress reports with sales commitments for customer and management updates. Maintain project-wise expenditure vs. budget reports in coordination with finance. 4. MIS & Analytics Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS for sales, collections, and inventory. Develop automation templates in Excel/Google Sheets and standardized reporting formats in MS Word to reduce manual effort. Support senior management with ad-hoc analysis for strategic decisions (pricing, payment plans, inventory release). 5. Process Coordination & Compliance Ensure data accuracy across CRM, ERP, MS Word, and Excel-based reports. Support statutory and internal audits with MIS extracts. Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and project teams to ensure unified data flow. Skills & Competencies Advanced MS Excel & MS Word reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Power Query; Macros a plus). Working knowledge of real estate CRMs (4QT, Leadsquared) and ERP systems. Strong numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or IT. 2–4 years’ MIS/Reporting experience in the real estate sector. Exposure to sales, collections, and project reporting in real estate preferred. Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams, LeadSquared is a plus. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Accuracy & timeliness of MIS reports. Reduction in reporting turnaround time through automation and Word/Excel templates. Improvement in collection tracking and overdue follow-ups. Quality of insights provided for sales and project decision-making.
