Job Title: Office Boy Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to handle day-to-day support tasks in the workplace. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic duties, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms. Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle basic office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and courier handling. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials as needed. Manage office supplies and inform the supervisor when stock is low. Deliver documents or messages within or outside the office when required. Support administrative staff in routine tasks.
