Flutter Developer – NEMA Club+ About Us: NEMA Club+ is an innovative app from NEMA Club , combining community engagement with mental and emotional well-being . We are addressing taboo topics, fostering anonymous peer connections, and providing professional support. After a successful MVP launch, we’re expanding across platforms—and we’re looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to help build and scale our vision. Role Overview You will play a key role in building and scaling web portals and mobile applications , including the possibility of rewriting the app from scratch after MVP testing is complete. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive mobile apps. Write clean, reliable, and scalable code with minimal supervision. Collaborate with the product and design teams to refine features and optimize performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues quickly. Integrate third-party services like payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Contribute to app architecture planning and reusability improvements. Help build and maintain a future web portal version of the app. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience with Flutter & Dart. Hands-on experience in deploying apps on both Android and iOS platforms. Strong understanding of Flutter SDK , widgets, and state management tools like Bloc, Provider, or MobX . Good grasp of mobile architecture design and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with Functional Reactive Programming (FRP) concepts. Comfortable with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD tools. Strong attention to detail—ability to accurately implement designs. Experience integrating APIs and payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bonus (Nice to Have) Experience building web portals using Flutter Web or other frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.). Prior exposure to apps in healthcare, mental wellness, or community platforms .
