About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Sourcing Consultant. Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry benchmarks. Supplier Identification & Qualification: Proactively identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers based on technical capabilities, quality standards, cost-effectiveness, delivery performance, and ethical practices. RFx Management: Develop and manage Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes. Analyze bids, conduct cost analysis, and recommend optimal sourcing solutions. Negotiation Strategy: Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers, focusing on total cost of ownership (TCO).
