The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging professionally with US clients, demonstrating strong negotiation and client-handling abilities. Comfortable with cold calling, email communication, and working in night shifts (US Hours Only). Excellent spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of Punjabi or Arabic will be an added advantage. Basic computer skills – MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, Google Workspace.
