Role Summary Build strategic partnerships with colleges to onboard their courses onto Avron platform. Key Responsibilities College Onboarding: Sign 20-30 colleges before November launch Course Integration: Work with colleges to upload and price their courses Commission Negotiation: Secure commission agreements Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing college partnerships Success Metrics (August-October) Month 1: 5 colleges signed with LOIs Month 2: 10 colleges with courses uploaded Month 3: 15+ colleges ready for November launch Post Launch - Continue Tier 2+3 ( with business head) Compensation Package Fixed Salary + Commission: 2,000 per college partnership signed Quarterly Bonus: 25,000 for exceeding targets Annual Potential: 8-12 lakhs Required Profile 2-4 years in business development or education sector Existing relationships with college administrators (preferred) Strong negotiation and presentation skills Understanding of online education market
