KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1. Engage with prospective buyers visiting residential project sites and provide them with detailed information about the property, amenities, pricing, and payment options. 2. Understand the needs and preferences of each potential buyer and tailor the presentation accordingly to highlight the unique selling points of our properties. 3. Build a strong relationship with clients and address any concerns or objections they may have ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process. 4. Proven track record of successfully closing sales and meeting sales targets. 4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations. 6. Knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations. 7.
