Job Description:- Job Title: Manager Sales (Closing) Company: Ashwin Sheth Group Position Overview:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Sales (Closing) to join our team at Ashwin Sheth Group, a leading real estate developer firm. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective buyers visiting our luxurious residential projects site and assist them in making informed decisions to purchase our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, a proven track record of closing sales in the real estate industry, and knowledge of the sales force (SFDC). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1. Engage with prospective buyers visiting residential project sites and provide them with detailed information about the property, amenities, pricing, and payment options. 2. Understand the needs and preferences of each potential buyer and tailor the presentation accordingly to highlight the unique selling points of our properties. 3. Build a strong relationship with clients and address any concerns or objections they may have ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process. 4. Utilize effective sales techniques and persuasive communication to guide prospective buyers through the decision- making process and encourage them to make a purchase. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to attract more walk-ins and increase sales conversion rates. 6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including follow-up activities, negotiations, and sales closure sales force (SFDC). 7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously improve sales strategies and achieve sales targets. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES:- 1. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. 2. Bachelors degree in any field, with an MBA in Marketing preferred. 3. Proven track record of successfully closing sales and meeting sales targets. 4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations. 6. Knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations. 7.
