We operate as a learning-centric space for students, researchers, and early-career professionals to engage with public policy and legal developments in India. Position Overview The Knowledge Outreach Contributor will play a key role in our internal coordination and academic engagement operations. This is a strategic and hybrid role that combines research orientation, editorial supervision, and peer mentorship. Contributors will assist in guiding fellow interns by offering structured research directions, recommending themes and approaches, and supporting quality control across ongoing research tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist new research interns by suggesting relevant topics based on current affairs or thematic clusters. Offering starting points and guidance for secondary research. Curate weekly research themes (e.g., Criminal Law, Gender & Policy, Climate Law, Governance Failures, etc.) Review and give constructive feedback on intern submissions (non-evaluative) Collaborate with Neeti Shodh leadership in developing explainer series, blog topics, or carousel content Maintain knowledge documentation: topic banks, brief outlines, and resource lists Work closely with fellows/coordinators to ensure productivity and learning outcomes of research teams Eligibility Criteria Background in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or related disciplines (LLB/LLM/MA/MPhil/PhD students encouraged) Strong academic writing and legal-policy reasoning skills Good understanding of contemporary socio-legal issues and SDG-driven governance Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment Prior publication or blog writing experience is an added advantage Perks & Benefits Official Certificate of Completion Recommendation Letter (performance-based) Featured posts on Neeti Shodh’s LinkedIn page Opportunity to lead a theme cell or coordinate a cohort Priority consideration for future leadership roles or paid collaborations Experience letter describing your knowledge management and peer mentorship role Why This Role Matters This role isn’t just about assigning topics—it’s about shaping how young minds think about law, justice, and governance.
