About Client: A leading auto components Company. Location: Chennai. Roles & Responsibility: Responsible for managing end-to-end blue-collar recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding blue-collar workers such as factory employees, technicians, and drivers. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including working with staffing agencies, vendors, and local recruitment sources. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory labor laws (Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, EPF, ESI, etc.) and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes. Prepare and maintain compliance records, ensuring timely filings with government agencies. Oversee contract labor management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and managing external contractors and staffing vendors.
