High experience in people management, preferably with experience in managing NAPS workers, unionized employees, and managers. Strong knowledge of machine maintenance practices and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels. Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and implement process improvements. Proficiency in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Sound understanding of production planning and shipment coordination. Thorough knowledge of quality standards and quality management systems. Familiarity with EHS regulations and implementation. Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers. Proficiency in SAP or other relevant enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage procurement activities. Basic understanding of mechanical, automation & robotic principles & functions. Familiarity with audit handling and compliance requirements. Knowledge of PLCs and automation technologies. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and its role in automation and AI.
