As we continue to grow, we are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Maintain the reception area and keep it clean and presentable at all times. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Coordinate appointments. Handle inquiries about the company and provide basic information as needed. Maintain records of visitors and ensure proper security protocols are followed. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and courteous behavior. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
