Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with engineering, civil, electrical, mechanical, and vendor teams to align safety requirements across all domains. Serve as the point of contact for safety-related concerns and queries at the site. Client Communication Share regular updates, outage details, and mitigation plans with the client team. Act as the sites safety representative in client meetings and audits. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in Construction Safety / Industrial Safety (mandatory) 5+ years of experience in industrial construction projects Knowledge of electrical safety, fire prevention, and emergency planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of EHS regulations, PPE requirements, and compliance norms Experience working on FMCG/industrial projects (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations Preferred Certifications : NEBOSH

Purpose & Scope of Position The Construction Engineer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the project works contractors and maintaining the project performance goals. He coordinates work efforts and ensures activities are sequenced in accordance with the project schedule.
