Safety Supervisor – High-Rise Construction Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations Conduct daily safety inspections and audits at high-rise construction sites PPE

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in site coordination, construction safety compliance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Construction Management & Site Coordination Manage daily construction activities and ensure smooth execution per the project plan. Coordinate with teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve issues. Safety Compliance & Site Monitoring Monitor site activities, identify hazards, and implement preventive safety measures. Ensure adherence to industrial and construction safety standards across all workstreams. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on a routine basis. Regulatory & Technical Knowledge Apply in-depth knowledge of industrial, electrical, and fire safety regulations. Ensure compliance with local safety laws and company protocols. Provide immediate action plans for safety non-conformities and outages. Meetings, Reporting & Documentation Conduct and lead daily toolbox talks, weekly review meetings, and monthly safety briefings. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and safety updates to project stakeholders and clients. Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, inspection records, and compliance checklists. Value Addition & Safety Culture Development Identify areas for safety improvement and contribute to a proactive safety culture on site. Drive training sessions and awareness campaigns to educate teams on safety best practices. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with engineering, civil, electrical, mechanical, and vendor teams to align safety requirements across all domains. Serve as the point of contact for safety-related concerns and queries at the site. Client Communication Share regular updates, outage details, and mitigation plans with the client team. Act as the sites safety representative in client meetings and audits. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in Construction Safety / Industrial Safety (mandatory) 5+ years of experience in industrial construction projects Knowledge of electrical safety, fire prevention, and emergency planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of EHS regulations, PPE requirements, and compliance norms Experience working on FMCG/industrial projects (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations Preferred Certifications : NEBOSH IGC

Purpose & Scope of Position The Construction Engineer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the project works contractors and maintaining the project performance goals. He coordinates work efforts and ensures activities are sequenced in accordance with the project schedule. A construction engineer must be a competent person in the construction business so that he accurately evaluates the methods and performance in all respects of the particular scope elements of the project for which he is accountable. Experience • Minimum 5 – 10 years of onsite experience on major projects under any sector – Infrastructure, Real Estate, Power, Steel or Chemical • Involvement in at least 2 significant major project similar in size and scope as delivered by TCE Qualification • Postgraduate or graduate in an engineering discipline • Post graduate degree/diploma in construction management (preferable) Key Responsibilities 1. Monitors overall job site health, safety and environment performance and verifies that contractors are protecting their workers at the job site. 2. Responsible for construction supervision and contract administration including supervision of contractors and their subcontractors for assigned portions of the project. 3. Assists in the coordination of the design deliverables to support continuous and efficient construction. 4. Job site point of contact for all contractors in his assigned area of the project. 5. Plans and chairs project safety meetings, assists with incident investigations and reporting, and participates in TCE safety programs and initiatives. 6. Communicates the identification, management and resolution of deficiencies and non-conformance to the Construction Manager. 7. Assists with construction estimating, scheduling, reporting, cost control, measurement verification and invoice certification for all work being performed by the contractor in his assigned area of the project. 8. To lead complete Bill Certification process, Measurement of Quantities, resolution of extra scope for assigned construction area or structure or domain or discipline. Enforce Change Management and Request for Information (RFI) management process 9. During absence of the Construction Manager, act as administrative spokesperson. 10. Assist with the development and review of construction related information for the purpose of proposals and other related business improvement activities. 11. Participate in and provide construction input for project constructability plans. 12. To provide inputs for daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, track contractor’s asking rates for major construction activities, to workout catch up plans suit to site conditions 13. Assist the Construction Manager to address site issues and developorimplement a remedy. 14.
