Role & responsibilities Product Handled - (All Categories Mens, Woven & Kids) Shirts, T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Sweaters • Collaborated cross-functionally to optimize COGS to maintain healthy profit margins. • Worked with category team for structuring the seasonal range planning. • Worked with Design and Category team to build cohesive product range including MRP finalization based on range architecture before tradeshow. • Collaborated with designers to develop new products and interpret technical specifications and design concepts, ensuring feasibility. • Assisted in creating garment prototypes, patterns, and sample development, ensuring high-quality standards. • Identified and resolved technical issues related to garment fitting, stitching, and production methods, preventing delays and ensuring quality output. • Led fit development and introduced improved sizing and measurement protocols and body blocks within the Knits & Shirts segment. • Creation of style-wise BOMs in PLM and ensuring right trims are allocated to the styles. • Evaluation of PP samples of all the vendors and minimizing failures with First-Time-Right methodology Preferred candidate profile
