Prepare and submit the final documentation (vendor data book) within the contractual time. Receiving Inspection Responsible to carry out receiving inspection of the material as assigned on deputation in the absence of dedicated resource. Review of product test reports, test certificates, Inspection Reports, Authentication letters for compliance with order requirement; identify discrepancies and co-ordinate with vendor for early closure. Issue the DR, NCR as appropriate and resolve. Outgoing Inspection Plan the inspection activities and ensure on time completion on deputation when assigned Conduct detailed visual examination on components; ensure the traceability to ensure that all quality requirements specified in the customer purchase order are met. Update the Work bench with outgoing inspection details and issue Inspection report and Release notes. Records Prepare the MTC review reports, Test forms, Inspection Report, Vas Report in Inspection Work Bench and Issue Final Inspection Release note or Source Inspection Release for the material prior to shipment. List out the documents requirement for the project in DMS and update the status on every event of document flow. Ensure that the MTCs are compiled with lab reports / galvanizing reports and IRC are handover to the documentation assistant. Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained in accordance with Project, Client and Regulatory requirements. Maintaining all material/component documentation records concerned with the tracking of products dispatched and sold to customers. Health and Safety Adhere to company’s HSE procedures and policies.

Material verification and fit-up checking Coating and Blasting Inspections Reviewing Procedures for Quality Assurance Welding procedure assignment for Welding visual inspection Radiography/AUT Marking including lot formation Radiography Film Reviewing and/or witnessing AUT Final Clearance and certification (Online through application) Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be a Diploma holder or Graduate in Engineering field with minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Inspection. Should have knowledge on ASME B 31.3, Chapter V and VI for PWHT and hardness checking and Radiography/UT/PT/MPT inspection. Knowledge on Common Materials including Different grades of carbon steels covering LTCS, NACE, different grades of SS covering 304, 304L, 316, 321 and 347, Different grades of LAS steels covering P11, P22, P5, P9 and P91. NACE Level II and Level III for Coatings Welding Inspection and acceptance as per ASME Sec IX.
