They also collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The specific duties will depend on the nature of the materials being tested and the type of lab equipment. Responsibilities Conducting destructive and non-destructive testing of various materials, parts, and assemblies using advanced equipment Collecting samples of materials from the field or laboratory, Performing physical, chemical, and electrical tests, and conducting inspections of materials, facilities, and equipment. Interpreting test results, preparing detailed reports, and providing recommendations based on findings Able to understand ASTM/MIL/FTMS/TSO/ANSI and other standards and execute the test. FM2 Flooring Quality Checking: Oversee the quality of FM2 flooring installations, ensuring the correct materials, methods, and specifications are followed for durability, surface smoothness, and load-bearing capacity. Grouting Quality Checking: Conduct quality checks on grouting procedures to ensure that the material mix, placement, and curing meet the project requirements, ensuring stability and long-term performance. Soil Testing and Analysis: Coordinate and oversee soil testing to evaluate the quality and suitability of the ground conditions for construction, ensuring that soil compaction and properties meet project specifications. Inspection /Expediting Engineer Mumbai Expeditor will be deputed in clients office on continuous basis for close coordination with clients representative. ii. The Expeditor shall obtain a production and /or manufacturing milestone schedule detailing all SELLER’s activities from engineering, procurement, fabrication and testing through to final delivery in accordance with the agreed Purchase Order delivery dates. iii. Expeditor shall monitor and expedite the Submission of Engineering Deliverables by SELLER as per the schedule agreed in the VDR / PO Terms & Conditions. iv. Expedite with DEC(Detail Engineering Consultant) for Review / Approval of Engineering Deliverables within the time frame agreed in the PURCHASE ORDER. v. EXPEDITOR shall expedite with SELLER for submission of Final documentation including operating manuals, As Built drawings etc. (as per the requirement specified in the PO / VDR). vi.
