NDR Executive

Role Overview: As a Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) Manager, your key responsibility will be to manage reports generated from various sources like customers and internal systems. You will investigate the root causes of non-delivery issues, including incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, and inventory discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating shipment status, panel escalation and revert, generating invoices and labels, and handling order details cancellations and confirmations. Your role will also involve creating MIS reports using Excel and Google sheets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage non-delivery reports (NDRs) from multiple sources - Investigate root causes of non-delivery issues - Update shipment status - Handle panel escalation and revert - Generate invoices and labels - Manage order details cancellations and confirmations Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of Excel and Google sheets - Flexibility in calling and timings - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Ability to play multiple roles within the organization Please note that this is a full-time job with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
