NDR Executive

As a candidate for the role of managing non-delivery reports, your responsibilities will include: - Managing non-delivery reports (NDRs) derived from various sources like customers and internal systems. - Investigating root causes of non-delivery issues, such as incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, and inventory discrepancies. - Having a good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. - Creating MIS reports. - Updating shipment status. - Escalating and reverting panel issues. - Generating invoices and labels. - Handling order details cancellations and confirmations. Qualifications required for this role: - Flexibility in calling and timings. - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude. - Ability to play multiple roles within the organization. Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
