Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing strong professional relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), financial advisors, and investors. The role involves presenting investment proposals, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with CAs, HNIs, investors, and financial advisors. Present and pitch investment proposals in a confident and professional manner to potential stakeholders. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and professional associations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance investor engagement and business expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations and accurate investment documentation. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and investor requirements. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement. Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and business meetings. Be comfortable with domestic and occasional travel as required for client meetings, project visits, and investor engagement. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in business development, investment advisory, financial services, or real estate/wealth management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a confident client-facing approach. Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with CAs, advisors, and investors. Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach with a high sense of accountability. Familiarity with financial products, investment structures, and wealth management solutions is highly desirable. Willingness and flexibility to travel for business development purposes when required.
