This is a senior-level position ideal for a quality professional with 14+ years of experience across diverse construction segments Roles & Responsibilities: Develop, review, and enforce Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for all construction activities, including structural works, finishes, flooring, and soil testing. Lead the preparation and standardization of method statements to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Implement and monitor Project Quality Management Systems (PQMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and CQRAs Integrated Management System (IMS). Conduct project orientation and quality training programs to align all stakeholders with project-specific quality expectations. Review contractors QA/QC submissions, including ITPs, checklists, and procedures, ensuring completeness and compliance. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)initiate, track, and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
