Sr. Manager/AGM-ME Quality Required for Leading Aerospace Company at , Chennai Job Description: Position : Sr. Manager/AGM-ME Quality Education: Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Aeronautical Experience: Experience: 20 to 30 Years Budget: CTC 20 t0 30 Lakhs per Annum Key Responsibilities: 1) Expert in Quality planning for gauge instruments and inspection methods 2) Good knowledge of the Raw Material Approval process 3) Expert in FAI-related activities, monitoring all quality activities of respective assigned projects 4) NCR closure and rejection analysis, detailed study of non-conforming parts 5) Interaction with Customers, Training on customer-specific requirements to the QA Project Leads 6) Analysis of Customer Complaints and internal rejections Monitoring of corrective action implementation and validating the results 7) Supplier performance monitoring and supplier-related issues 8) Knowledge in GD&T, CMM programming 9) Good in QS (ISO9001, AS9100 and ISO14001) certification process 10) Knowledge of NADCAP requirements and audit process 11) Good in working with Computers and presentation in English 12) Good in Men Management and Administrative Capability Preferred candidate profile Minimum 10 years in the field of Aerospace / Aviation Industry.
