The Senior Operation Executive position in Kolkata requires a minimum of 1 year of experience with a salary range of 18k-20K. The industry focus includes NCMC/FASTAG/GPS/TOLL & TRANSIT/MOBILE WALLET/PREPAID CARDS. As a Senior Operation Executive, your primary responsibilities will include implementing and evaluating processes to enhance company operations. You will be tasked with monitoring and developing overall processes to improve organizational goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Identifying quality control issues and implementing solutions, especially in services related to NCMC/FASTag/GPS, will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining legal compliance, hiring and training staff, and implementing strategies for various service sections. The ideal candidate should possess skills in project management, team handling, daily monitoring and tracking of team progress, transport and toll management knowledge, as well as familiarity with NCMC, FASTag, OEMs, and LFOs. Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in managing a team are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, DBMS (Data Base Management System), and an accounts background would be advantageous.
