You will be working with a dynamic and passionate education platform dedicated to preparing students for competitive exams like NEET. Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology for NEET aspirants in Classes 11 & 12. You will be responsible for preparing lesson plans and study materials aligned with the NEET syllabus, conducting doubt-solving sessions, and organizing regular practice tests. Monitoring student performance, providing personalized feedback, and guiding students on exam strategies, time management, and motivation are crucial aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong conceptual knowledge of NEET subjects, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding. Your patience, dedication, and student-first approach will be key to effectively mentor and support the students. A Bachelors/Masters degree in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBBS) is required, along with prior teaching experience in NEET coaching. Familiarity with the NEET-UG exam pattern and NCERT syllabus is highly preferred. Ideally, you should have at least 13 years of experience as a NEET faculty or in a similar academic role, including working with reputed coaching centers/institutions. This full-time position requires fluency in English and will involve working in person during day shifts.
