Excellent and beautiful apartment.... Huge spacious rooms, excellent build quality.. Spacious garden areas ND lots a amenities. Please note that the apartment is still under construction and will be atleast 6-9 months before the construction is completed.

Very poor maintenance by the builder. Flat came with lot of issues, to fix these had to fight with ncc team for more than three months. Buildings have lot of seepage issues and other irritating ones. Builder has swindled the customers on …

Beautiful location.....Nice internal flat layouts but too much delay of project....No proper responsible person to take care at the time of final finishing works before handing over the flats....No proper finishings of exteriors.....Staff is very irresponsible. Three stars for the location.
