Job Description – HR Executive (IT Skills Training Institute, Bhopal) Experience: 2–3 years Location: Bhopal Role Type: Full-time (On-site) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and well-presented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our IT skills training institute. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent command of English, and the ability to create high-quality presentations. This role requires a professional, confident and sophisticated personality who can interact effectively with students, faculty, and corporate partners. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty, staff, and support roles. Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations. Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding processes. Training & Employee Management Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and performance tracking systems. Coordinate faculty schedules and classroom allocation. Assist in planning and executing internal training or orientation sessions. Employee Engagement & Administration Handle day-to-day HR queries and ensure smooth communication across teams. Organize staff engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives. Maintain HR documentation, employee files, policies, and procedures. Presentation & Communication Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, external partners, and management. Draft HR reports, communication mails, notices, and announcements. Represent the institute professionally in meetings, campus events, and interactions with parents or students when required. Compliance & Processes Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently. Assist with audits, documentation, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with management on policy improvements and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in education, training, or service-based industries). Excellent English communication skills —spoken and written. About the Role We are launching a job-oriented IT training institute in Bhopal offering Full Stack Java Development and Software Testing Automation programs. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can drive student acquisition, build brand visibility, manage digital channels, and support college/company outreach activities. This role is critical for our pre-launch and post-launch phases and offers significant growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Create and manage landing pages, lead forms, and WhatsApp funnels for student enquiries. Manage SEO activities: keyword research, on-page optimization, local SEO improvement. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize ads to reduce cost per lead (CPL). Track leads using CRM or spreadsheets and ensure timely follow-up coordination. 2. Social Media & Content Management Manage the institute’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Develop and publish regular content: posts, reels, success stories, event updates. Coordinate with graphic designers or use basic design tools (Canva) to create creative assets. Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging aligned with institute’s positioning. 3. College Outreach Support Identify engineering colleges, BCA/MCA colleges, and polytechnic institutes in Bhopal and nearby districts. Coordinate and schedule awareness sessions, seminars, and placement skill workshops. Assist in organizing on-campus promotional activities and collecting student leads. 4. Company Outreach (Initial Phase Only) Identify local IT companies, startups, and tech firms for future placement collaborations. Support management in sending introductory emails, maintaining contact lists, and building the database. Help prepare presentations, placement brochures, and outreach content. 5. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with founders and faculty to align marketing strategy with batch launches.
