As an Application Support Engineer, you will deliver contractual service requirements to fix both hardware and software issues as reported by the customer within SLA. This is a POS Technical support Job. Your Job Profile is to resolve customer's query/technical issues over the phone in English Language only . Based on the Project alignment, you may receive 2 weekly off 5 working days rotational shifts. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills as a Level 1 Support executive. Flexible in working Night shifts, Currently we do not have day shifts. Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance. Proficient in Windows 10/11 operating system navigation and knowledge is MUST . Must understand and diagnose hardware issues such as POS printers, Cash Drawers, Barcode scanners and Credit card Terminals.
