The Agency Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving business through them, and achieving sales & revenue targets for the assigned territory. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Recruitment & Development Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors / Agents. Guide and motivate the team to achieve business targets. Ensure regular training and skill development of advisors. Sales & Business Development Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual business targets. Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service. Monitoring & Reporting Track performance of advisors and ensure achievement of productivity benchmarks. Maintain MIS reports on recruitment, activation, and business performance. Share regular updates with reporting manager.
