Responsible for managing banquet hall and building operations which includes tenants, visitors, and event clients. The role involves driving sales, maintaining high service standards, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the social media team by capturing event photos and updates. Reporting To: Owner Work Hours: 9AM to 6PM / 10AM to 7PM (flexible as per events) Support Teams: Cleaning vendor (~6 daily staff), external event-night team, AMC/utility vendors Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Panaji, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English, Hindi, Konkani (Preferred) Work Location: In person
