Job Title: Sr. Manager / Manager - Defence Sales & Project Execution Location: Yamunanagar Experience Required: 15+ Years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical Engineering CTC: As per company norms Position Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead sales and project execution in the Defence sector (Land, Naval, Airforce). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling defence products and components, engaging with government and PSU stakeholders, and managing large-scale projects end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales and project execution activities for defence equipment and components. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government R&D Labs and Defence PSUs (DRDL, ARDE, VRDE, ASL, Ordnance Factories, Mazagon Dock, Goa Shipyards, etc.). Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and manage key accounts. Manage the tendering process, bid submissions, negotiations, and contract finalization in compliance with defence procurement policies. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, and supply chain) to ensure timely project delivery and quality compliance. Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure cost and time efficiency. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic inputs to management. Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and client meetings. Key Skills & Competencies: 15+ years experience in defence sales/project execution. Strong liaisoning experience with Govt. Labs and Defence PSUs. Technical knowledge of defence manufacturing processes and equipment. Proven track record in handling defence tenders and long-term contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project planning and execution capabilities. Candidates preferred from companies like L&T Defence, Bharat Forge Defence, Mahindra Defence, Tata Advanced Systems, Adani Defence, Solar Industries, Electropneumatics, Teetagarh Wagons, Godrej, etc.

Job Requirements Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assets Provide technical solution in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset Integrity Has ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest Global Structural Integrity Plan Management and Execution Foundations and pilings for equipment and structures Dynamic analysis of foundations and structures Drive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scale Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams Flexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions Work Experience Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering 3 to 15 years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore structural projects) Strong technical & analytical skills Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas Risk Based Inspection methodologies Fixed equipment inspection tasks/ procedures Inspection Optimization Fitness for Service & Life extension studies Repair scope preparation Structural Damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structures Familiarity with codes and standards Knowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.) Excellent verbal & written communication Should be able to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structures Experience with fixed and floating offshore structures, such as Concrete Gravity Based, Steel Jacket Platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units, Semi-Submersible Management of engineering design Perform fitness for service engineering assessment based on existing conditions. Provide repair scope after structural assessments for continuous operations. Provide insights for advanced inspection technologies in civil/structural inspections. Should have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy Hand-on experience in developing design calculation sheets for reinforced concrete and steel structures using applicable design codes and standards. Able to identify the anomaly from civil / structural inspection report (for offshore topside/underwater and onshore structure), perform risk assessment and provide repair recommendation using sound engineering judgement and best practices. Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Should be self-motivated and focused on achieving business results Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills are essential Should be able to train and mentor new team member to enhance competency and capability in the team Excellent communication skills Good to have skills: Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAP OPITO Certificate Implementation of Automation, AI, IOT techniques

Our client is looking for an Electronics Division Head •electronics product lifecycle – from schematic to full system integration. • MIL-STD, DO-254). •PCB design, firmware, integration, and testing. •RF, control systems, and embedded electronics. Required Candidate profile • B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics .12+ years Experience • Hands-on with CAD tools, IPC standards, and microcontroller platforms. • Experience in Defense Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
