Job Insight - We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented F&B Executive to manage day-to-day cafeteria operations, ensure seamless food & beverage services, and oversee housekeeping staff. The role also requires coordinating high-level client visits and maintaining hospitality standards in line with corporate expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily cafeteria operations including vendor coordination, menu planning, hygiene, and quality standards. Ensure timely availability of refreshments, meals, and beverages for employees and visitors. Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises. Coordinate and execute F&B arrangements for client visits, senior management meetings, and corporate events. Monitor stock levels of F&B supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure cost control without compromising quality. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Provide excellent hospitality service with attention to detail, discretion, and efficiency. Prepare reports on F&B usage, housekeeping performance, and vendor service quality. Preferred candidate profile 3-4 years of relevant experience in F&B operations and housekeeping supervision, preferably in a corporate/office environment. Basic communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle high-profile client visits with professionalism and poise. Good knowledge of cafeteria management, vendor handling, and housekeeping SOPs. Flexible, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
