We are hiring : Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive/Manager to join our industrial gases division in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales of industrial gases to manufacturing units, hospitals, engineering firms, and other end users. The role includes business development, client servicing, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share in Delhi NCR for industrial gases (O₂, N₂, CO₂, Ar, H₂, etc.). Identify new customers and market segments and generate leads through cold calls, site visits, and networking. Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure timely delivery and service. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies. Work closely with logistics and plant teams to ensure supply chain efficiency. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Submit regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates. Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations related to gas handling and distribution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business. MBA is a plus. 2–7 years of experience in industrial gas sales or related B2B technical sales. Strong understanding of industrial gases, cylinders, and application industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally. Preferred Skills: Experience in working with industrial clients such as steel plants, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or fabrication units. Familiarity with gas handling equipment and safety norms.
