Job description Role & responsibilities We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the communication and positioning of Only Earth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies & narrative, executing communication campaigns & organic content, and driving consumer engagement to strengthen brand equity and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand positioning, messaging, visual identity and go-to-market strategies. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints. Plan and implement 360 marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, BTL, and influencer collaborations. Work closely with inhouse design, content creators, freelancers & vendor partners to produce engaging brand content. Drive new product launches and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and sales, mainly through organic & storytelling means Content creation skills through video, static & copy Develop and execute trade marketing programs, in-store activations, and shopper marketing initiatives. Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure strong brand presence in retail and e-commerce channels. Monitor pricing, promotions, and product placement strategies to optimize sales performance. Track brand health metrics (awareness, perception, loyalty) and campaign effectiveness. Conduct consumer research, focus groups, and surveys to gain actionable insights. Optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven decisions and performance analytics. Work closely with R&D, supply chain, and production teams for product innovation and packaging improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Key Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years in brand management, marketing, or FMCG product management. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, and consumer trends. Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and consumer insights tools. Creativity & Innovation: Strong ability to develop compelling brand narratives and unique marketing activations. Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
