Below are your key responsibilities: - **Day-to-Day Operations:** - Oversee the daily functioning of the campsite, ensuring efficiency in all areas. - Coordinate with different departments to provide a seamless guest experience. - Address operational issues promptly and effectively. - **Booking and Billing:** - Manage the reservation system, handle inquiries, and confirm bookings. - Ensure accurate and timely billing for all customers. - Maintain records of all transactions and bookings. - **Customer Communication:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Ensure all guests have a positive and memorable experience. - Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously enhance services. - **Inventory Management:** - Monitor and manage inventory levels for the restaurant and other campsite needs. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary raw materials. - Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. **Candidate Profile:** - **Experience:** - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a team management role, preferably within small hotels, camping sites, resorts, or similar. - **Residency:** - Willingness to stay at the campsite for the duration of employment. - **Skills:** - Exceptional customer handling skills, focusing on creating a welcoming environment. - Ability to multitask in areas such as Housekeeping, Hygiene, Restaurant, Activities, and Customer Engagement. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
