The Clinical Systems Training Specialist will be responsible for supporting the creation, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality training materials for Veeva Clinical systems. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of e-learning and instructional design tools, video editing, SharePoint content management, and Veeva Clinical applications. Experience with the Veeva Clinical platform is preferred, along with a working knowledge of tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Visio, and SharePoint. While an L&D qualification is strongly regarded, it is not mandatory. A good understanding of clinical research processes and terminology is also essential for this role. Key responsibilities of the position include developing engaging training content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Natural Reader, and similar platforms. The Specialist will create and maintain quick reference guides, training videos, FAQs, and workflows for all relevant Veeva Clinical systems. Collaboration with subject matter experts to translate system processes into clear, interactive training materials is crucial. Additionally, the Specialist will be tasked with creating system process workflows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools, recording, editing, and producing professional-quality training videos and voiceovers, and managing SharePoint training sites/pages. They will also support the development and rollout of training courses for internal employees and external stakeholders, manage a training calendar, track content updates, and maintain version control of all training assets. Continuous review and enhancement of training materials based on user feedback and system updates will be a key focus for the Clinical Systems Training Specialist.
