Responsibilities: Plan and design balanced meal menus in line with the companys nutritional standards and food guidelines. Train and guide kitchen staff and chefs on recipe execution, portion sizes, and presentation. Lead operations in assigned city locations, ensuring cooks follow company-approved methods and standards. Oversee quality, taste, and nutrition consistency across all kitchen outlets. Educate cooks and assistants on basic nutritional facts, hygiene, and safe food preparation practices. Coordinate with management to innovate new recipes and menu variations. Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth teamwork between nutrition staff and cooking teams. Requirements: Education: Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field. Experience: Freshers welcome (any background), provided they have basic knowledge of nutrition and willingness to learn. Skills: Strong understanding of nutritional values, food groups, and meal balancing. Ability to train and lead teams effectively. Good communication and leadership skills. Passion for food, fitness, and customer well-being. Growth Opportunity: Selected candidates will be trained in the company’s food preparation guidelines.
