What You Will Be Doing We are seeking experienced programming experts to help train AI systems in understanding and solving complex front-end development challenges. Your tasks may include: Creating and answering questions related to front-end development and web design. Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated code in JavaScript, React, and other modern front-end technologies. Assessing the quality of UI/UX, accessibility, and design choices in AI-generated content. Providing expert feedback on user interface design principles, ensuring code is intuitive, functional, and visually appealing. Writing prompts that serve as effective starting points for AI model training. Comparing multiple AI-generated responses to determine the most accurate or appropriate one. What Were Looking For Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar. Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and modern interaction patterns. Proven experience in building accessible, polished, and production-grade web interfaces. A background in computer science, web development, or digital design (formal degree not required if experience is strong). Excellent attention to detail and ability to articulate feedback clearly on both code and design. Compensation & Benefits Earn 1,100 2,200 INR/hour , paid weekly via supported payment platforms. Rates vary depending on task complexity, quality, and time commitment. Flexible working hours – no fixed schedule or contracts. Contributors typically work 5–10 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours/week based on availability and project demand.
