We have openings in the Design/CAD CAM department at our factories located at Bangalore. Our units manufacture moulds for the tyre industry. Desired Candidate Profile The candidate must have experience working the following software: AutoCAD/BricsCAD (This is a must) AND At least One of the following- MASTERCAM with CAM ASSIST or Autodesk Powermill Candidates who have worked as machine operators in the past before learning the above would be given preference. Roles and Responsibilities We will train the applicants on the processes mentioned below, but the applicants must be well versed with the software mentioned above. 1. Analyzing customer drawings 2. Preparation of Bill of Materials 3. Preparing the 3D model of the tyre (NX) and sending it to the customer for approval. Revisions as applicable to be made during this process. 4. Preparation of mould model (all features of the mould need to be modelled before the manufacturing process begins) 5. Preparation of Raw material drawings, stage wise manufacturing drawings with tolerances specified, and process sheets 6. Preparation of milling and engraving programs for the machines. 7.
