Roles and Responsibilities: Draft and review contracts including Sale Deed, LOI, Leave & License Agreement, Probate and trust documents, Lease Deed, financing documents etc. Investigation and extraction of Title reports, summaries, and commitments, as required, Due diligence for acquisition of properties, etc. Maintain and review legal documents. Identify Legal issues and suggest timely solutions for efficient project closure. To ensure all legal obligations and terms are captured to protect the company's interest and mitigate any risk which may arise from the same. To handle all litigation cases. Initiate & conduct legal investigation / research, drafting, briefing counsels, represent the Company and help mitigating damages / liabilities which may arise due to legal cases / litigations. To attend society meetings and provide legal inputs therein. Tackle legal issues relating to co-operative societies and condominiums. Experience: The preferred candidate shall have the following relevant experience: Experience in drafting and vetting of Agreements, Deeds, MOUs. Experience in due diligence of land, investigation and extraction of title of the property, mutation entries etc. Experience in drafting and vetting notices, letters, Plaints, Petitions etc. Extensive knowledge and experience in handling matters relating to co-operative societies and condominiums. Experience in Real estate matters. Experience in appearing before High Court, District courts, CMM courts, Small Causes courts, NCLT, District Deputy Registrar etc. Candidate Profile The candidate should possess 8 -10 years of relevant experience.
