i dont think this payment system right for bill payments,.i paid my area electricity bill through canara bank -bbps system , amount deducted in my account even till date i do not know where my amount was gone , from 30/03/2020

Cant reach anyone. No toll free. No customer care. Stupids who speaks about digital India. Fraudsters who steals from there own country men. Ashamed.
