on 2nd Aug'21, an amount rs.3006 transaction for electricity bill payment failed. There has no customer support and a totally fraud activity under government support. High recommended not to use by any one.

most failed UPI transactions, absolutely shameless, always cheats. money gets deducted, but will never ever reach merchant, SHAME NPCI and UPI. Govt boasts about digital UPI transaction, but grievance and support from NPCI and UPI BHIM are pathetic. Always intention is to cheat.

Quality of service of BHIM is unreliable and very poor. My transaction was being shown as pending even after 11days whereas amount was deducted from account and not paid to the merchant it is not credited back to my bank account as yet

Worst customer care service. Not responding. Failed transaction done On 23rd April 22.but money deducted from bank account and it is not reverted till now
