The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and hands-on experience with accounting software. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments. Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers. Handle GST working, filing of monthly/quarterly returns. Prepare TDS calculations and file TDS returns. Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliation, and follow-ups. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Maintain accurate documentation and support the finance team with compliance tasks. Handle payroll data, expense tracking, and petty cash management. Use accounting software such as Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime. Required Skills & Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience , preferably in corporate or SME environments. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics, and accounting standards . Proficiency in Tally / relevant accounting software . Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Preferred Attributes Experience working with companies in or near Gandhinagar.
