CNC Programmer Job in Chhatral , Gandhinagar Location

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in Siemens controls (808D) to join our engineering team. The role involves creating and optimizing CNC programs for precision machining components using turning centers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and edit CNC programs using Siemens G-code
• Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models
• Set up CNC machines and define tool paths, work offsets
• Perform trial runs and optimize cycle times
• Collaborate with production and quality teams
• Maintain tool lists, documentation, and process sheets

Requirements

• Experience with Siemens-controlled CNC machines (turning)
• Strong knowledge of G-code, machining principles, and tooling
• Ability to read technical drawings (GD&T knowledge preferred)
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
