Position Overview: The State Secretary holds the authority to oversee and manage the affairs of the National Human Rights Security Bureau (NHRSB) within their designated state. This role is pivotal, as the State Secretary is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of NHRSB's activities at the state level, implementing decisions from the General Secretary/President, and coordinating regional initiatives. The State Secretary acts as the head of the state operations, handling regional officers, district coordinators, and other state-level representatives while reporting to the national headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Lead the state-level activities of NHRSB, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, values, and directives from the General Secretary/President. Oversee and manage regional officers, district coordinators, and operational teams under their jurisdiction within the state. Conduct and supervise human rights programs, and other campaigns, and outreach initiatives within the state.
