Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed in line with industry standards and best practices, while also considering the specific needs of the business. This role requires a strong understanding of application development principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in problem-solving discussions. - Design, develop, and test software applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Ensure the applications are developed in line with industry standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Document technical specifications and user manuals for developed applications. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing software applications. - Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks. - Familiarity with database management systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
