NASREC is currently hiring for our client in Qatar. We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer (Civil Engineering) with strong expertise in Fit-Out Estimation and MEP Costing to join their growing team. Position: Estimation Engineer – Civil Engineering Job Location: Qatar Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 4–5 years of proven experience in Fit-Out Estimation and MEP Costing . Solid knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand scope of work. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out works, MEP systems, and civil construction activities . Collect and analyze supplier/subcontractor quotations and incorporate them into competitive bids. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, pricing schedules, and tender submissions . Suggest value engineering options to optimize project cost without compromising quality. Maintain updated cost data, market rates, and historical records to support accurate estimations. Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams for clarifications.
