Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bid Manager to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid management and a proven track record of successfully managing tender processes. This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 12,00,000 . As a Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by leading the bid process and ensuring that our proposals meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end bid management process, including planning, preparation, submission, and post-bid activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the tendering landscape, including e-government and e-governance initiatives. Ensure compliance with all bid requirements and guidelines, while maintaining a high standard of quality in all submissions. Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication throughout the bidding process. Conduct thorough analysis of bid documents and requirements to identify key opportunities and challenges. Utilize GIS (Geographic Information System) tools and techniques to enhance bid proposals and presentations. Monitor and report on bid performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid management and tendering processes. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience in bid management or a related field. Strong understanding of techno-commercial aspects of bidding and tender management. Proficiency in GIS and its application in bid processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
