Role & responsibilities Strong foundation in instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Blooms Taxonomy. Experience designing for CPE learning , including understanding of NASBA requirements and formats (live, in-person, self-paced). Proven ability to interpret and apply Way of Working and collaborating with onshore teams guidelines when designing training for global learners. Skilled in tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, GoMo, MS Office, and G Suite . Ability to work with LMS platforms , preferably Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or similar. Ability to analyze data and feedback to improve learning outcomes. Demonstrated project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, including cross-border teamwork. Flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail, and openness to learning new tools and techniques. Shift:2pm-11pm
