Job Title: Server/Storage/Virtualization Engineer (SME) ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Solid hands-on experience in designing and commissioning of OEM Servers and Storage Infrastructure Systems. Must be a Subject Matter Expert in HPE or Dell or Cisco UCS Rack mount Servers, HPE or Dell or Cisco UCS Blade Systems (Enclosure, Interconnects and Servers), Remote Management Tools (ILO, iDRAC and CIMC), Infrastructure Management Tools (OA, OneView, and UCS Manager) and HPE or Dell mid or high end Storage Systems (3PAR, Nimble, Primera). Proficient in Storage Types (SATA, SAS, SSD, FLASH) and technologies (RAID, LUN, Virtual Volumes, Storage pool, and etc) Proficient in Storage Area Network (SAN) including SAN switches, interconnect modules and fabric interconnects Solid hands-on experience and demonstrated skills in the Virtualization, Orchestration and Private Cloud. Must be a Subject Matter Expert in VMWare vSphere Suite (ESXi and vCenter), VMWare vCloud Director(vCD), VMware vRealize Suite (vROPS, vRA, vCloud Usage meter), Basic Networking, NSX-V, NSX-T, vRLI, vRNI, vSAN, VMWare SRM (Site Recovery Manager KEY SKILLS REQUIRED OEM Bare metal Servers (Rackmount, Blade and HCI) OEM Bare Metal Storage Systems (FC-SAN, iSCSI and NAS) SAN, Storage Area Network (Virtual connect or Fabric Interconnect) VMware vSphere Suite (ESXi, vCenter) Basic Networking, NSX-V, NSX-T, vRLI, vRNI vSAN Windows Server OS Linux Oss (Red Hat and Ubuntu) QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS Work experience and educational background that a candidate should have when applying for the position.
