Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for the Cast PVC Shrink Film division. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and product applications. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to align product offerings with customer requirements. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the division’s profitability. Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence. Qualifications & Skills: In-depth knowledge of specialty PVC films , particularly for labels and packaging applications . Proven track record in sales strategy development and marketing execution within the flexible packaging or plastic films industry. Strong analytical and market research skills; ability to interpret data and trends into actionable plans. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the packaging or plastic film sector. Exposure to both domestic and export markets is a plus.
