Role Description • Own and lead the end-to-end e-commerce function, from strategy to execution • Drive revenue, margin, and growth across own website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and new channels • Build and lead cross-functional teams across product, operations, growth, design, logistics, and customer support • Oversee website development, conversion optimization, funnel analysis, user experience, social-media handling etc • Define and manage digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, SEO, and email/SMS • Collaborate with inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment teams for a seamless backend • Analyze data and user behavior to drive data-informed decisions • Set KPIs and build reporting dashboards for all e-commerce performance metrics • Ensure alignment with brand, pricing, and customer experience goals Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields MBA or e-commerce certifications (IIM, ISB, Google, Meta, etc.) are a plus
